What about this a man comes up to me and says “I have lost my son can you help find him”

We have a routine over lost kids so asked him his sons name and what he was wearing.
I assured the man he will be safe ‘how old is he’
He is 31
‘He is WHAT’
31 he repeated.
‘You expect me and my staff to go looking for a 31 year old with up to 2800 people – no chance’

An hour later a lady brings a 2 year old boy who was lost and the experience did not bother him.
Candy & Andrea found his parents but we didn’t get a reward.
