MICHELL Car Boot Sales now in their 12th year are the most popular Car Boot Sales we run however due to its over popularity we have received genuine complaints about sellers being cramped for space and buyers having difficulty in some of the selling lanes. The complaints are in my opinion totally justified therefore we will make the following changes with immediate effect.

1. We will restrict the amount of sellers to only 175 in total starting at £7.00 per car (see below for other changes).
2.There will be NO EARLY SELLERS entrances with the exception of our parkers.
3. Strictly NO LARGE VANS or MOBILE homes will be allowed to set up and sell.
4. There will be price increases at MITCHELL for sellers; Cars £7.00 Estates/ 4 x 4s £8.00 Vans up to £18.00 Trailers from £5.00 to double the vehicle price!

The majority of the complaints came from some of our staunch supporters and it is going to be difficult to stem the flow of the sellers and say “Sorry NO ROOM” my only advice is to arrive early and if you are not amongst our 175 sellers please allow yourself a dignified response to our team who have to say “You are too late, my lover”
Regarding the price increases they also are dignified because it was 2009 when they were last increased.

The majority of the sellers at Mitchell turned out their stall very well and took good money. Lou and I have noticed some of the more regular sellers who arrive and put the same crap out on their stalls each week, week after week, that they have been doing since last year! Then they have the bloody nerve to say “Its useless me being here I never take any fooking money”

So I am asking you all to look at your selling items and make sure your stall is full of BARGAINS then you will take money and it you don’t then try harder next time or ask me Lou to come to your stall to give you a FREE “PERSONAL OPINION” my lovelies.

Some young lady phoned me yesterday in a terrible mood and she asked the same question 3 times about the start time of a Car Boot Sale then got agitated and was rude to me so I got all defensive and probably rude as I stopped the call. I got a text within a minute saying “You are fucking rude” to which I agree so I texted her back to say “Does your mother know you swear at old people” Her reply? Yes! This young lady made my day I bet she can be some madam however Lou agrees with her that I am so effing rude! Not really, “I say it like it is please or offend”
